Powered By Penguins Ltd was founded by Paul Calvert and Lee Grears to offer a more superior web hosting service to ones they had received them selves in the past from other companies. This foundation helped Powered By Penguins Ltd succeed in the UK web hosting market, which is pretty competitive.

Paul is a sucker for perfection. Everything has to be pixel perfect which for web design and development is not a bad attitude to take towards the business. WordPress and PHPbb are Pauls main area of web development with custom integrations of content management, forum and blog platforms his main area of expertise.

 

Lee, with over 15 years experience and  having a huge interest in all things internet including coding, design and server management decided to expand the business and offer his services to the web development industry right here at Cumbria web design. PHP and Mysql development is Lee’s main scripting languages but he is also pretty proficient with Ruby on Rails and XML.
